Shawn Mendes is one of the world's biggest pop stars at the moment right now, but even he still gets a little starstruck by his famous friends.

Several artists took to social media to congratulate Mendes on the release of his new tracks "In My Blood" and "Lost In Japan," including Halsey.

"I actually just got kind of to know Halsey a little bit this last year. I was really excited to see that," Mendes told McCabe. "I’ve never gotten such good reaction from my peers in music, so it feels really good right now."

Charlie Puth also weighed in very enthusiastically on Twitter.

"Charlie is one of the top five most talented songwriters, musicians I’ve ever worked with in my life and so any time he comments on a song, I get some good confidence from that," the 19-year-old Canadian singer-songwriter admitted.

Camila Cabello, who collaborated with Mendes on 2015's "I Know What You Did Last Summer," actually got a sneak peek of "In My Blood" before it dropped.

"We’re super supportive of each other. I sent her the song about a month ago to listen to."
