Selena Gomez has not only given us a peek into what filming a social distance music video is like, but the singer also gave us a look into the possible future of music and entertainment.

The “Lose You to Love Me” singer took to Twitter to share a glimpse of how the music video for her song with Trevor Daniel, “Past Life”, was shot.

Gomez tweets, “Check out how we shot the Past Life music video while still social distancing. This thing is called the Scan Truck. I stepped into it on my own and it scanned my face up close, which is why the music video looks so real!”

The video depicts Selena in what looks like a super hi-tech box as the new single with Trevor plays out.

Gomez follows up with a second tweet and shares an image of herself in the Scan Truck, where she explains, “Sometimes technology and art are the perfect match.”
