Lady Gaga is touring the US this summer for the new Monster Ball Tour presented by Virgin Mobile.

She’ll be making a stop at the Staples Center on August 11th, and keep listening to AMP Radio all this week for a chance to win a pair of tickets to see her live!

Tickets go on sale to the public March 20th at 10am.  Buy yours at LiveNation or TicketMaster.

The Monster Ball Tour might incorporate 3D elements in the show according to her rep.  She wraps up her European Tour in early June, giving her a couple weeks to revamp for her US tour.

The countdown continues and all of us little monsters have been anxiously awaiting Lady Gaga’s new video “Telephone.” Get the details.

At midnight TONIGHT, AMP will have the much-anticipated event of the year…. Lady Gaga’s “Telephone” video. Seriously it’s an event, the nine-minute video is an event, can you believe it? Pictures from the shoot are being released daily and we are in love with this picture of Gaga covered in chains!

Telephone is the much talked about video this month and finally a release date has been set for this thursday, and of course AMP will debut the video right here on AmpRadio.com. Speculations about the video have indicated that the video might be as long as 10 minutes and revolves around a story where Beyonce is on a mission to rescue GaGa from prison. When Wonderland is threatened by a pop-music hating Queen Of Hearts, Lady Gaga returns to her homeland to kick some evil ass… but mainly dance, sing, and weird it up.

Our favorite Lady is back by popular demand!  She’s currently overseas but it’s rumored that Gaga will embark on a 30 city North American Arena tour.   Last December deep under the Monster Ball Stage Gaga hinted at making a return to the U.S.  She loves her little monsters!

Expect a whole new show this time around.  I’m guessing new wardrobes, new dance moves and ground breaking stage designs.   Hopefully you still have your ticket stub from the Monster Ball Tour. Leather knee high spiked boots, I hear they are great for basketball.

Lady Gaga and Beyonce shot the video for their collaborated track, “Telephone” a couple of weeks back. Lady Gaga obviously knows we are waiting on the edge of our seat and she had this to say…..

When it comes to a Lady Gaga video’s you can always tell that she wants nothing but perfection. I know I totally appreciate this tweet from Lady Gaga because the entire AMP staff is buzzing about what crazy stuff will come out of this video.

Lady Gaga debuted her most recent headgear, wearing a jewel-encrusted lobster out to Mr. Chow’s in London this weekend, because why not?

I’ve stopped trying to figure out why Lady Gaga wears what she does and just accept her off the wall style.  This weekend she was pictured wearing a jeweled lobster on her head, because maybe she went fishing and wanted to show off her trophy catch, it is one good lookin’ lobster. 

I think I’ve been desensitized by Lady Gaga’s ridiculous outfits and can only expect her to wear something outrageous.  But isn’t her point to shock and turn heads with her fashion, so wouldn’t it make more sense for her to wear jeans and a t-shirt at this point if she wants that reaction? 

But then again that’s way too normal and uninteresting…

Lady Gaga has been making headlines all this week for her Cosmopolitan cover, moving dress, and performing for an audio book.  Catch up on all things Lady Gaga here.

In the new issue of Cosmopolitan, Lady Gaga is pictured on the cover and is interviewed about her success as an artist.  The usually humble Gaga admitted that one plus of her worldwide fame is being able to rub it in a doubtful ex’s face. 

An ex-boyfriend once told Gaga that she’d “never succeed, never be nominated for a Grammy, never have a hit song and that he hoped I’d fail.” (via Popeater)

She continued saying, “Someday, when we’re not together, you won’t be able to order a cup of coffee at the f***ing deli without hearing or seeing me.”

Boy did she prove him wrong, I bet that guy is eating his words now…

After the sudden tragic death of Alexander McQueen, Gaga’s main designer, Giorgio Armani quickly stepped up to design new outfits for her current tour.  Below is just one detailed sketch of a new outfit designed by him that includes matching sunglasses and shoes.

It’s Aliiiive!

At her concert on Wednesday, Gaga premiered a new dress with a mind of its own, literally.  This new dress moved as she sang “So Happy I Could Die” at the Liverpool concert.  She tweeted, “2nite Haus of Gaga debuts ‘the living dress’ inspired by Hussein Chalayan, as a fashion moment to be performed in ‘pop show’ at Monsterball.” (HuffingtonPost)  Watch the performance below.

Lady Gaga has lent her voice to the new audio book “The Portal In The Park” written by Cricket Casey out on Thursday.  The book is meant to help inspire children ages 6+ to read, rap, and remember, and encourages physical activity and mental development through music and imagination.  Read more HERE.

Seems like Gaga is burning the candle at both ends lately, hopefully she doesn’t get hospitalized for exhaustion again.
