Zayn Malik will release his autobiography November 1 aptly titled, ZAYN.

In the book, the 23 year old singer will share his collection of thoughts, inspirations, personal stories, notes and drawings, and never-before-seen personal photographs. Within the first few pages, ZAYN reveals to readers the impetus to publishing his first book, “I’m going to show you as much as I can so that you can judge me on my own terms, not on what the press or anyone else says.”

According to publisher Penguin Random House, the book will give readers a chance to gain insight into his world as one of the most celebrated British artists of our time.

Malik recently called off an appearance in Dubai to cope with “extreme anxiety.” He noted his schedule as having contributed to his mental health issues. ‘I have been working over the last three months to overcome my extreme anxiety around major live solo performances. I feel I am making progress but I have today acknowledged that I do not feel sufficiently confident to move forward with the planned show in Dubai in October.”

But according to reports by The Daily Mail, all is well in Zayn land. The former One Directioner has been in the studio making new music.
