GOP presidential hopeful Jeb Bush placed sixth in this week’s Iowa caucus, so he’s got a long way to go if he wants to win the Republican nomination.
In fact, the former Florida governor seemed so desperate for support, he had to ask his own audience to applaud him during one of his recent speeches in New Hampshire!
“I won’t be out here blow-harding, talking a big game without backing it up,” he told the crowd.
“I think the next president needs to be a lot quieter, but send a signal that we’re prepared to act in the national security interests of this country, to get back in the business of creating a more peaceful world.”
But his passionate plea was met with total silence. Awkward!
“Please clap,” Bush instructed the crowd.
