“OK Glass, record a video…Wait, not now. I’m in the shower. Glass stop recording…wait, don’t share this. I said stop. What are you doing?!”

Google is back with its second teaser video for its latest innovation, Project Glass.

In this second edition, you can see a number of different ways the reality specs function and how it feels to wear Google Glass.

Think of it as taking your smartphone and taping it to your forehead with duct tape and much like using Apple’s Siri, you talk to it asking it to do stuff for you but through one eye.

I’m not sure how I feel about this product yet. While it’s truly amazing, I think we’re already too attached to our devices in daily life and we forget to experience just that: life.

Google is accepting 50-word Google+ and Twitter applications from people who want to become “Glass Explorers” and test drive the new product.

The catch is you have to be at least 18 years of age, shell out a whopping $1500, and live in San Francisco, New York, or here in LA to be able to pick them up in person for a tutorial before releasing you into the wild.

Check out the new “Google Glass” spot for today’s Viral Video of the Day and let us know what you think. Is it a good thing to have humans walking around like cyborgs or is technology going too far?
