One of our favorite things about the entertainment news show Extra is that they film right here in LA at The Grove.

Just the other day, Carson and all the coaches of The Voice schlepped to the shopping hot spot to film a special episode.

It airs tonight at 7pm on NBC and in honor of the big event, Carson called up Extra co-host and correspondent Renee Bargh to give us a preview of all the shenanigans that went down!

“It was absolutely packed,” Renee described. “I don’t think I’ve ever seen so many people there. You guys are rock stars.”

The coaches dished on why some are taking a break for season four and who they think is going to win this time around. Plus, some lucky fans got the chance to perform in front of them to win free tickets to one of the live shows!

“It was so special and they all gave away so much,” Renee added. “I mean Blake went on to talk about his wild marriage with Miranda Lambert, which got pretty crazy and Cee Lo obviously talked about Usher replacing him and the future and what that’s going to be like.”

Renee is an Australian native and got her start in the pop group Girlband. They were actually somewhat successful, producing two top 100 hits on the Australian charts.

Of course, Carson couldn’t help but embarrass Renee with a little blast from the past!

“You are so mean! I feel like Mario [Lopez] put you up to this!” she joked.

Carson suggested she audition for The Voice. She graciously declined, saying she would bring down the high standards of the singing competition.

Tell that to The Lady Killer! “If Cee Lo turned his chair and turned around and saw you, his head would explode!” Carson teased.

Renee was flattered, but told Carson, “The singing career is definitely on hold…forever.”
