We didn’t think the Mariah Carey/Nicki Minaj American Idol feud could get any more dramatic, but now a surprising celebrity is sounding off on the scandal.

Fleetwood Mac singer Stevie Nicks was not a fan of Minaj’s outburst, telling The Daily, “How dare this little girl! … If I had been Mariah, I would have walked over to Nicki and strangled her to death right there.”

And she didn’t stop there. Nicks added, “I would have killed her in front of all those people and had to go to jail for it.”

Even though Nicks mentored contestants during the most recent season of American Idol, she claimed that she would never sign up for a judging job on reality TV. “If you stick me in the middle of a burning fire, I don’t think I’d like it very much.”

In case you were wondering, she made these controversial comments while promoting her new documentary, “In Your Dreams.”
