Adele Rumored to be Doing James Bond Theme Song-

There has been some talk about Adele providing the theme song to the newest bond film, “Skyfall.” Last September she almost spilled the beans when she told reporters that she was going back n the studio to record.

“I’m going back in the studio in November, fingers crossed,” she stated. “Well, this is actually a theme, what I’ve got to do. Wow, that’s really giving something away.”

Since then, she’s been pretty quiet, but did say that she had new music planned for release near the end of this year. Funny thing is, the new 007 movie also comes out near the end of this year. Coincidence? Could be.

But to add fuel to the fire, Soundgarden frontman, Chris Cornell told MTV just days ago that he thinks Adele would be an ideal candidate to sing the new theme song. And he should know, he sang the last one.

“Adele would be the perfect choice, I can’t think of a better one,” Cornell told MTV of the theme song before quickly switching gears to her groundbreaking album sales. “She’s phenomenal and it’s nice, in a day and age where so many vocals are fixed by computers, that the biggest album of last year was somebody who sings for real.”

The teaser trailer doesn’t feature music with vocals so no final word has been said about the theme, but AMP will make sure you stay in the loop!

Usher Going Hungry for Movie Role-

In addition to his new album, Looking 4 Myself, which dropped just two days ago, Usher has also been involved in a making the new boxing movie “Hands of Stone.” In the feature, Ush plays legendary boxer Sugar Ray Leonard. And while no one would ever say Usher was out of shape, he’s going to extreme lengths to get into his new role.

“In preparation for ‘Hands of Stone,’ there’s been a great deal of training I had to do,” the R&B superstar told MTV. “And I’ve had to deprive myself of food and also nutrition. I do snap a little bit! But don’t…don’t mind that, you know what I mean?” he said, jokingly twitching through his statement. “It’s part of the preparation for the role.”

And this supporting role seems to mean a lot to Usher who also found a lot of inspiration from his character but also the overall arc of the film. “Sugar Ray Leonard happens to be one of the most incredible boxers of our time. And this movie was mostly about Roberto Durant’s life, but there’s a pivotal moment in both of their lives that takes place during the height of their careers,” Usher explained.

“And the moment that we have together is focused in that area. There’s many, many different turns and bumps in life, and I think that boxing, in a way, especially coming from foreign countries, they may have it a little bit more difficult. The story really depicts what his entire journey was about.”

The film is slated to be in the theaters in 2013. Until then, keep you hands up and protect your face!

50 Cent Sells Out Headphones During Shopping Network Stop-

Shady Records rapper 50 Cent has certainly  softened his image since he first spit his vicious rhymes to his debut single “Wanksta.” In fact, just the other day, 50, born Curtis Jackson sat down with Oprah, settling their 6-year-feud. He also spoke about his use of the N Word” and naming his dog ‘Oprah.’

Since then, Fitty made another surprising appearance on TV, this time he was on QVC, selling headphones. With much success, we should add. Peddling his STREET and SYNC lines of headphones, which retail for about $250 a pair, the “I Get Money” rapper was able to sell out his product during his time at their studio.

We realize it’s hard to believe 50 Cent on QVC. So you should just watch for yourself. 50 even explains how his phones are better than the average set in regards to durability and sound quality. Oh and “21 Questions” plays in the background.

Proof is in the pudding.
