Pitbull Takes Men In Black Theme Song “Back in Time”-

Will Smith handed over the reigns to today’s resident party starter, Pitbull for the third installment of the Sci-fi comedy movies “Men in Black.” Obviously Pitbull has some big shoes to fill because the first “Men In Black” theme song is still the jam! Play it at any party or gathering and we can promise that at least half of the party will start to get “jiggy” with it.

Pit’s new song “Back In Time” debuts on radio and on digital retailers like iTunes on Monday March 26th and follows the theme of the film, which is about how Will Smith will have to go back in time to save the world.

Mr. 305 was elated to have the opportunity to work on such an iconic project, “It’s an incredible honor to be a part of such an amazing franchise as Men in Black and I have so much respect for Will Smith, especially with our similar musical backgrounds,” Pitbull wrote in a statement.

The director, Barry Sonnenfeld actually heard about Pitbull from his daughter, adding “My 19-year-old daughter turned me on to Pitbull. I’m thrilled that he wrote such a great song for our movie that totally gets it.”

Will Smith took care of the first MIB theme song with “Men in Black, which stayed at No. 1 for four weeks. The second theme song “Black Suits Comin’ (Nod Ya Head)” has sold more than 3 million copies as of today since it’s release in 2002.

Will Pitbull’s new spin on the theme song bring it back to number 1? Chime in below.

Usher Decides The World Needs Usher/Adele Duet-

These are my confessions, just when I thought I said all I had to say… Usher crooned on his 2004 single “Conessions II”. The album it came from, Confessions currently holds the records for most albums sold in one year. Apparently, Adele is nipping at the superstar’s heels.

“If I have to confess, I have to confess that I have told a few people not to go and buy Adele’s album because I don’t want her to go and break my record,” Usher joked with his interviewer. “No, actually, I love her. Unfortunately, she’s the closest to breaking my record for the last 10 years. So now, guys, don’t go and buy that album right now” he said.

But Usher is still a guy about the music more than the records and dished on what he felt the world needed. “I think the world deserves an Usher and Adele record,” he said. “That’s what I think.”

Well that’s what we think too…Okay, now we’re waiting…

Las Vegas Gets A-List DJ Residents-

Vegas is beefing up it’s resume with some seriously good DJs and AMP loves every single one of them. It used to be that DJs would travel from club to club in the city for a one-night-only appearance, but with EDM on the rise and lots of hungry fans to serve, Wynn Hotels and Casinos are booking jocks long-term.

Veterans to the Wynn residency like Afrojack have of course signed on for another year. In total Wynn signed on 34 artists.Others on the roster include David Guetta, Skrillex, Deadmau5, Kaskade, and Tiesto. Wow.

This new method of booking DJs was essential to the growth of Calvin Harris and R3Hab. Not to mention it guarantees a star DJ for the rest of the year at anyone of Wynn’s four venues (Encore Beach Club, XS, Tryst, and Surrender).

If Vegas was a dance party before, now that almost every awesome DJ ever has signed on to rock the city, we can only imagine the carnage that’s about to go down!

I mean, it’s only a 4-hour drive. Who’s with me?!
