Update: We just received an email that says the following:

“We can confirm that the video leaked today is not part of Paris Hilton’s new album. This video was recorded over a year ago. The first single will be out in a few months, we will let everyone know when it’s due for release.”

 Quote from Manufactured Superstars:

“Paris did this music video as a favor for us, it’s not part of her new album. This is an unfinished rough-cut, which was not ready for release. We’re looking into what happened and removing the illegal copies from the web. We’ve heard some songs from her new record which are incredible and are really going to surprise people.”

When we heard Paris Hilton was teaming up with boyfriend Afrojack and the boys of LMFAO for her new album, we actually had high hopes for the hotel socialite.

But boy oh boy, we were wrong. We were so wrong.

Yesterday, her single and music video for “Drunk Text” leaked onto the internet and it’s safe to say it’s a hot mess.

Carson gave it a listen early this morning and couldn’t help but give his own review.

We’re not really sure we can call it singing since all Paris does is talk seductively over a club beat.

And the lyrics, well, they’re not exactly Shakespeare.

One line in particular caught Carson’s attention:

I’ll be damned if I end up in the same lame diner after this with last night’s lingerie in my purse.

He got into a heated discussion with Producer Angie over whether this actually happens or not. Take a listen:

If you’re still curious, and we can’t blame you entirely, you can watch Paris’ full music video below:

Vodpod videos no longer available.
