Show of hands: who actually enjoys working out?

Sure, we all like the end result, but it takes a lot of willpower and motivation to get ourselves going.

For us, it’s all about the exercise playlist. The right song can keep us going for miles.

Same goes for Carson and earlier this morning, he shared with us the songs he uses to work on his fitness!

This whole conversation started when Carson brought up that he had finally heard Kelly Clarkson’s “Stronger” for the first time the other day.

Her newest single got him moving to the beat, so he figured it would be a good one to add to his iPod.
