[photogallerylink id=134676 align=right][lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Nicki Minaj[/lastfm] has been a quite a busy Barbie these last few months. She’s already done so much as a new artist, it’s hard to see what else she could conquer at this early stage. She’s already got a nail polish, a doll, and an upcoming clothing line, but still no second album. And now we have to wait even longer.
The Young Money first lady had to push back her sophomore effort, Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded. She revealed the delay only after an hour of premiering her video for her newest single, “Stupid H*e”
The album, which was originally due on February 14th, will now be out April 3rd, Nicki told us herself on Twitter: “New Album Date: April 3rd. Pink Friday: ROMAN RELOADED. But have no fear. Tons of suprises before then ;). Love Always, HB.”
The Head Barb is rumored to be sharing the stage with Madonna during her Super Bowl set, but that’s still just web chatter. What we know is that Nicki is featured on Drake’s new single, “Make Me Proud”, which is currently at No. 2 on the R&B/ Hip Hop chart.
Check her out! This one is EXPLICIT, so cover the ears, kids!

[lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Jennifer Lopez[/lastfm] and [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Marc Anthony[/lastfm] are over, done, caput! But that hasn’t halted the TV magic they are creating and debuting to the Spanish speaking world on Jan. 28th. The former married couple have a brand new show called “¡Q’Viva The Chosen!,” which is a reality show that will allowed cameras to catch candid conversations of Lopez and Anthony talking about their marriage falling apart. Juicy!
[photogallerylink id=130244 align=left]The show will not only expose the missteps of the marriage to the Spanish-speaking world, however, because an English language version on the show is scheduled to air on Fox as well this Spring.
While the show is really about them finding the next Latin star, it shows the couple flying throughout much of Latin America together and of course, they talk. The show’s producer says that the relationship between Marc and Jennifer never caused a problem for production though. “Jennifer and Marc are respectful to each other,” producer, Jamie King says. “Although they are not together anymore, they still share this love … and it still bonds them and they still love the show so much to continue even though they’re separated and to me that’s such a great and beautiful story.”
“¡Q’Viva!” will air in 4 languages in a total of 21 countries. No word on when it hits Fox, but you must know by now that AMP will keep you posted!

[photogallerylink id=135739 align=right]It’s pretty clear that of the three albums [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Katy Perry[/lastfm] has made so far, she has an apparent favorite. You guessed it, her 2010 release Teenage Dream. So far the album has an astounding five No. 1 singles: “California Gurls,” “Firework,” “Last Friday Night,” ”E.T.” and the title track “Teenage Dream.” With her sixth single from the album creeping up from No. 3, she stands to break [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Michael Jackson[/lastfm]’s record for most No. 1 singles from an album.
So what more could Katy want out of this album? Who knows? But she is still re-releasing it anyway. After talking with her producer awhile back, most people thought Katy had gone back in the studio to work on the rejected tracks for her new album, turns out it was just the redux, with all the tracks that didn’t make the first cut.
On March 13th you can pick up Teenage Dream: The Complete Confection. While little else is known about the songs that never were, her producer Tricky Stewart did let us in on some details of the upcoming project.
“Katy and I went into [the studio] just to address some issues with records that we had done in the past that didn’t end up going on Teenage Dream,” he said “So we are in the process of just listening and freshening up things and getting ready for something special she has going on.”
He specifically talked about one track he felt Katy was really excited to release to the public. “This song is really special. It’s called ‘Dressing Up,’ so it’s going to be a big record, I think,” he said. “It definitely fits. It’s right there in what her sensibilities are as a musician and a songwriter. She doesn’t change much. She has a very keen musical taste. It’ll be really good.”
Well no duh! Katy is making it, so we already know it’s going to “be really good.” As for guest appearances and the track listing, we got nothing. But as soon as we know, we’ll clue you in.
This is all very exciting news, perhaps this is another way Katy is working on moving on from her old flame, Russell Brand.
