We’d describe Carson as a pretty laid-back dude. His morning wardrobe usually consists of jeans, a t-shirt, and an Oakland Raiders hat.

So when heavy metal lovers and Grill ‘Em All owners Matt and Ryan stopped in for today’s Food Truck FridayCarson immediately knew he was in good company!

The three rapped about mutual friends, New York City hotspots, and of course, amazing food!

Matt and Ryan have been childhood friends for decades, but they didn’t open up Grill ‘Em All until December of 2009.

They explained to Carson how they caught the food truck bug:

Grill ‘Em All is the official champion of the food truck biz.

How did they get this impressive title? Well, back in 2010, they won The Great Food Truck Race on the Food Network.

They beat out fellow Food Truck Friday alum, the Nom Nom Truck with their wide selection of gourmet burgers.

What sets Grill ‘Em All apart from your average fast food chain are the fresh ingredients. They use a local beef provider and their burger buns are made fresh daily by Wheatland Baking.

And even though the burgers are bomb, don’t forget to try out the h-100’s. Those are cheddar jack-filled hand rolled tater tots and trust us, it’s the most delightful bite-sized snack you’ll find on a food truck!

Now that the holidays are in full swing, we’re all about the season of giving. That’s why Carson treated one of our lucky listeners to a free lunch from Grill ‘Em All for their entire office! Congrats to today’s winner!

If you didn’t win today, don’t sweat it! Carson brings in a new truck each week, so there are always more chances to win.

In the meantime, you can find out where Grill ‘Em All is setting up shop by taking a look at their website or following them on Twitter!
