[Video] Seena’s Playlist: Wiz Khalifa “No Sleep”

Aye. Too much weekend for one little lady. “No Sleep” sounds about right and way too much… well, everything else! Hope you’re well rested to take on another Monday but this video is a sure bet to make you wish it was already Friday. By now you’re familiar with [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Wiz Khalifa[/lastfm] but here’s his latest song that to me, is his best one yet.

Wiz is definitely getting more and more popular and if you don’t have his album Rolling Papers you should get it. It’ll give you a broader look at the talented rapper. You can also see him in town at Nokia Theatre on October 18. Before I get to my playlist pick, I have to mention the song that everyone had stuck in their heads when it first came out: “Black And Yellow.” My favorite line was “No keys, push to start.”

My pick for the week is a much lighter song from [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Wiz Khalifa[/lastfm]. Actually, the very first time I heard it I could have sworn [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Mark Hoppus[/lastfm] from [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Blink 182[/lastfm] was singing the chorus. I did hear it at a very loud bar… going back to my loooong weekend… Anyway, I really love that he sings. How cool would it be to hear a new version with a bit more rock guitar? I wanna know if you agree. Here’s the new uncensored video for “No Sleep” by Wiz.

P.S. Don’t blink or you’ll miss his girlfriend (and [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Kanye[/lastfm]’s ex-girl) Amber Rose. Count the number of times he says “party” and you win a high five.
