You may have heard that old school crooner [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Tony Bennett[/lastfm] is releasing a duets album and in a somewhat surprising move, he’s teamed up with some of the most talented entertainers in young Hollywood.

At the VMAs, we got to see incredible footage from his recording session with the late [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Amy Winehouse[/lastfm] and now we have another treat leading into the Labor Day weekend.

Today, we’re getting our first listen at “The Lady Is A Tramp,” a song that very appropriately features none other than [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Lady Gaga[/lastfm]!

At first glance, it may seem like Gaga and Tony are an odd pairing, but Mother Monster has just-enough rasp in her voice to make us feel like we’re kicking back in a jazz club circa 1937.

And despite the retro song choice, even Tony can clearly see that [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Lady Gaga[/lastfm] has a big future ahead of herself. He told Billboard last month:

I never met a more talented person in my life…I think she’s going to become as big as Elvis Presley.

Take a listen to their collaboration below!

Duets II will be available for purchase on September 20.

[lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]John Mayer[/lastfm], [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Carrie Underwood[/lastfm], [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Natalie Cole[/lastfm], [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Mariah Carey[/lastfm], [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Aretha Franklin[/lastfm], [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Willie Nelson[/lastfm], [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Andrea Bocelli[/lastfm], [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Norah Jones[/lastfm], [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Josh Groban[/lastfm] and [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Sheryl Crow[/lastfm] all make appearances on the album as well.
