Working with Carson Daly comes with its advantages.

We get a glimpse of AMP Radio‘s hottest artists whenever they come in for a visit AND we get to hear all the latest and greatest music.

But lately, we’re enjoying the fact that he shares all sorts of secrets from the set of NBC’s The Voice!

Today, he leaked the deets on all the great performances we can expect to see tonight for the kickoff of the finale week!

So here’s the low down. Carson tells us there will be a total of 12 performances.

They’ll start things off with a coaches performance from [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Christina Aguilera[/lastfm], [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Cee Lo Green[/lastfm], [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Adam Levine[/lastfm] and [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Blake Shelton[/lastfm]. This time, they’re taking on “Under Pressure.”

If it’s anything like their rendition of “Crazy” or the [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Queen[/lastfm] medley, then we know we’re in for something good.

Vodpod videos no longer available.

The Voice is getting an extra dose of superstar power from [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Pitbull[/lastfm] and [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Ne-Yo[/lastfm], who will be dropping by to sing their hit song, “Give Me Everything.”

Country singer [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Brad Paisley[/lastfm] will also be in attendance tonight. He’s teaming up with coach [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Blake Shelton[/lastfm] for their duet, “Don’t Drink The Water.”

There are also rumblings that Blake’s new wife, [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Miranda Lambert[/lastfm] will be singing with his protege, [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Dia Frampton[/lastfm] tomorrow, so keep an ear out for that!

Then, each coach will perform a duet with their last remaining team member.  Blake and [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Dia Frampton[/lastfm] are taking on [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Tom Petty[/lastfm]’s “I Won’t Back Down.”

[lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Adam Levine [/lastfm]and [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Javier Colon[/lastfm] will try their luck with a yet to be announced [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Michael Jackson [/lastfm]tune.

Cee Lo and [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Vicci Martinez[/lastfm] will rock out to [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Pat Benetar[/lastfm]’s “Love Is A Battlefield,” and Christina and [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Beverly McClellan[/lastfm] are sticking with a more familiar tune: Aguilera’s “Beautiful.”

But the most crucial portion of the evening will be the contestant solos.  All four will sing original numbers written by big time songwriters.  For example, Javier’s song is written by acclaimed producer [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Rodney Jerkins[/lastfm].

Unlike the previous weeks, only America’s vote will decide who is crowned the first winner of The Voice.

So make sure you tune in tonight at 9/8c and choose your favorite!
