ama [Video] Carson Daly: Morning Show Reviews the AMAs

We already caught you up on the fashion from last night, but now it’s time to discuss the actual performances from the 2010 American Music Awards

You can listen to Carson’s and Producer Angie’s review of the lackluster performances below:

Didn’t tune into the show last night? Well no worries, you can check out some of the performances right here!

[lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Rihanna[/lastfm] opened the show with a selection of her several hits from 2010:

[lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Kid Rock[/lastfm], arguably one of the best performances of the night, stripped things down with an acoustic version of “Times Like These.”

[lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Katy Perry[/lastfm] started out a little rough, but she evened things out eventually during her performance of “Firework:”

The man of the evening, 4-time AMA winner [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Justin Bieber[/lastfm], took to his piano to sing “Pray.”

If you’re asking me, the most epic performance of the night was the joint [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]New Kids on the Block[/lastfm]/[lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Backstreet Boys[/lastfm] mash-up, but that could just be my inner-middle school girl screaming at the top of her lungs.
