“Ok, first things first, I’ll eat your brains/Then I’mma start rocking gold teeth and fangs/Cause that’s what a muthaf**king monster do.” Ok, first things first, Nicki, you are taking this whole “I’m a monster Barbie doll” thing way too seriously. You are a real girl, Nicki!

[lastfm]Nicki Minaj[/lastfm] just came out with the shocking new art work for her upcoming album, Pink Friday. Well, the cover isn’t as shocking as her creative reasoning behind the certain, ummm, amputee flair, of the art. Confused? You’ll see what we mean.

Ok, first things first: your eyes are not deceiving you. Minaj is like a Barbie with its arms ripped off. Fine. It’s a trite metaphor, but Minaj looks hot.Everything is pink. The end.

Or not. Minaj tweeted the reasoning behind her limbless cover:

Right, because millions of amputees around the world agree; having arms is for plebeians. It totally does not suck to be armless, unable to easily do simple things for yourself.

Oh wait, it does.

  • Do you think Nicki Minaj’s reasoning behind her Pink Friday album cover is a big fat fail? Or do you like it?
