kanye west ring11 e1276145318997 Kanye West: Maybe We Can Start Again

[lastfm]Kanye West[/lastfm] has finally come back out to play and we are heartbroken no longer. Although Kanye has been in hiding since his interruption of [lastfm]Taylor Swift [/lastfm] at the 2009 MTV VMAs, he’s kept his head high and has been very busy planning his next big move!

Keep reading for a sneak peek into Kanye’s secret career plans!

In an effort to bring us back the music (and the Kanye) we know and love, West has slowly been making a return to the stage. Over the last few months, he has given a surprise performance at a Manhattan night club and shown he is cleaning up his act “like [lastfm]Prince[/lastfm]’ll do”  by giving back to three Chicago high schools in his hometown through his yearly Kanye West Foundation “Stay in School” event.

While this all sounds peaceful (and kind of boring), your instincts are right; we can’t expect the return of Kanye without a little public controversy. Music bloggers are abuzz with West’s scheduled performance at the BET Awards 2010 on June 27th. This will be West’s first performance since the [lastfm]Taylor Swift[/lastfm] mayhem at the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards.

We hope to see [lastfm]Kanye West[/lastfm] in the presses this year for his amazing talent as opposed to his amazing ability to generate debate.  Hopefully, took note from the message in his song  “Stronger”:

That that don’t kill me/can only make me stronger.

Reports say that his new album Good A** Job, which is tentatively set to hit shelves in September, is “shocking” and “banging.” We wouldn’t expect less from Kanye West.  Would you?
