screen shot 2010 04 28 at 3 37 13 pm The Hills: Put On A Happy Face

The season premiere of The Hills had you engulfed in their drama for a full 28 minutes. The hit show was not only mind-boggling, it had you laughing every time [lastfm]Heidi Montag[/lastfm] was on the screen.  So what is the media saying about the first episode? Well keep reading to find out!

During the first episode, Kristin and Audrina headed to Miami to party for Super Bowl weekend, Heidi headed to her family’s home in Crested Butte, Colorado to face her mother, Darlene Egelhoff, for the first time since getting ten plastic surgery procedures in one day. It was funny to watch the scene where Heidi talked to her mom about her surgeries:

Mom: It sounds to me like you want to look like Barbie.

Heidi Montag: I do want to look like Barbie.

M: Why would you want to look like Barbie? To everybody else that saw you, you were Heidi. Nobody in the world could have looked like Heidi Montag.

Then, the conversation took an even more dramatic turn.

HM:Are you telling me you don’t think I look good?

M: Maybe you should rephrase the question.

HM: No. Do I look good?”

M: How do I go and say that of course I thought you were more beautiful before? I thought you were younger, I thought you were fresher-looking, I thought you were healthier. What’s done is done, so that’s a terrible thing for me to say but, yes, that’s how I feel. I felt that you were much more beautiful before and I hope that some of this will fade away.

All and all the episode was full of pointless drama that will have me tuning in next week! Check out the full episode below:
