glee Glee A Virgin

[lastfm]Madonna[/lastfm] should be so proud of the cast and crew of Glee, they rocked the house last night! “The Power of Madonna” episode had it all, culture references (WWMD – What Would [lastfm]Madonna[/lastfm] Do?) plenty of snarkiness from Coach Sue Sylvester towards Will, and the genius moment when students dressed in various incarnations of [lastfm]Madonna[/lastfm] while they wandered the halls.

Keeping reading to gloat about the best show on earth.

Glee took the number one spot in the ratings last night and it was for good reason…everyone was anticipating the [lastfm]Madonna[/lastfm] episode, duh! The big shock  of the night was how much of the cast was on the path to loosing their virginity and what better song to use from the Madonna collection than, “Like A Virgin.” This was really a great moment of the show of guessing “will they or won’t they” during the simultaneous scenarios with Rachel and Jessie, Santana and Finn, and Will and Emma.

  • YouTube is blocking the video from being shown but here is the song!

How about Kurt and Mercedes joining the Cheerios? I loved their makeover of Sue for the “Vogue” video and their performance of “4 Minutes” with the band!  Joining Cheerios really ticked off  Mr. Will Schuester.

With all the ups and downs in this episode, sometimes these gleeks just need to pray about their decisions of virginity, standing out, and backstabbing boys who treat girls like crap.  Check out Glee’s rendition of “Like A Prayer.”

Vodpod videos no longer available.

If you missed the episode or your DVR forgot to record, the entire episode is on Fox.

  • What did you think about the Madonna Episode? Well worth the wait?  Let us know in the comments!
