Ne-Yo Isn’t Holding His Breath For Lindsay’s Music

For three years now Lindsay Lohan has been promising the world that she is coming out with a new album… not like anyone really cares. Ne-yo was skeptical to work with Lindsay and she proved him right by not following through with her engagements. Now Ne-yo tells the world he plans to not hold his breath on this wanna be disaster of a superstar.

Ne-Yo at one point in time was gushing about how fantastic Lindsay was in the studio. They worked on an uptempo track called “Bossy” for Lindsay Lohan’s next album. Yes we said it…. Ne-yo had balls enough to work with Lindsay. He said at one time:

I mean, I’ve written for Beyonce, Mary J. Blige, Rihanna, Celine Dion and … Lindsay Lohan? But I will say this; we gave her a quality record and she did a ridiculously fabulous job. I was so shocked I had to call her and apologize for what I was thinking because she did so good. I think the world is gonna be surprised.

Surprised is right, the world is probably more surprised that in those three years she became a lesbian, went through a break up like a crazy woman, and has recently been seen overseas entertaining a billionaire Roman Abramovichon his yatch, which could be her grandfather… an album would just be the icing on the cake!

Since then, it appears that Ne-Yo has changed his tune recently and spoke with Pop Tart about Lindsay’s stalled Album:

We were doing some stuff and then it just fell off and hasn’t got back on. I’m not gonna hold my breath. Lindsay, when you’re ready to get it in, give me a call.

Even though Ne-Yo isn’t holding his breath, he still is the nicest man in show business. Can you believe that he left an open invitation for Lindsay to get back on track with her album? I mean gosh he was nice enough to even work with her!
