Justin Timberlake & girlfriend Jessica Biel made a public appearance this week during the face of fierce rumors that the couples romance has come to an end.  What’s even more interesting is that rumors have been circulating that the woman who has come between them is none other than Bajan songstress Rihanna.

Despite the rumors, the couple was spotted having lunch in Santa Barbara earlier this week.  So what does that mean?  Are they slowly and amicably ending on their own terms or are the rumors nothing but unsubstantiated gossip?  Whatever it is, one thing is clear, Rihanna has been spotted getting close with the pop star/producer who plans to work with her on her up and coming album.  So, really, what’s the story with them?
