This movie looks pretty hilarious, and it has a killer cast. A new Mike Judge comedy (“Beavis & Butthead” and “King of the Hill”) that stars Jason Bateman, Mila Kunis, and Ben Affleck is about the troubled life of the owner of a flower-extract factory, hence the movie name. Ben Affleck is almost unrecognizable in the trailer, but that might work in his favor. Kristen Wiig from SNL is also in this, and she was SO funny in “Knocked Up” that I’m glad to see her in a bigger role. All in all, just knowing that the writing for this has to be excellent gets me excited and willing to shell out the cash to catch this while it’s in theaters.

I admit to having the hots for Gerard Butler, but I don’t think I’m going to be able to make myself see this. It’s just such a weird concept with such a random cast. What calls itself “The last great action movie of the summer,” the movie takes place in a future where humans control other humans in a sort-of online gaming world. I’m not even sure what I just said right now because it makes no sense to me. The trailer doesn’t really do much help in clearing that up, but I’m guessing it’s one of those “you have to see it” deals. Also starring in this are Michael C. Hall from the show “Dexter” and Ludacris. So confused… Must focus on Gerard Butler’s amazing abs…

I was hoping this would look better, but sadly, it doesn’t. What a shame to waste Bradley Cooper’s hotness on this film. He plays a news reporter who finds himself being stalked by a crazy infatuated Sandra Bullock. I’m going to go out on a limb and give this one a chance since I bet it has its moments. I can just feel myself getting annoyed by Bullock’s character already, and that doesn’t say very good things.
