Ciara is serious in her new video for “Work,” featuring Missy Elliott.  She works it out in jumpsuits, couture gowns, a barely there pleather leotard and a construction outfit fit for an intense dance routine.  She and her team of back-up dancers pop and drop all over the desert.  You better work girl!  Check her out here:
