Adam Lambert wasn’t joking around when he said he wanted to focus on his music when rumors surfaced that he would be the new front man of bands Kiss and Queen. Lambert is so serious about his new album that he is teaming up with RedOne, who is responsible for two of Lady Gaga’s hits, “Pokerface” and “Just Dance.”
Adam says, “The album will have a glam rock element to it and be very Queen-inspired.” His description alone sounds better than half the music American Idol contestants churn out after they depart from the show (Ruben Studdard, looking in your direction).
Adam and RedOne are reportedly working in Los Angeles together on his album that is due out this fall. When Parade Magazine asked Adam about the collaboration with RedOne producers, he said:
“I can say that is true. We have been writing the past couple days and I think we’re going to come out with some amazing tunes. I’m going to have my own sound but I do love Lady Gaga. I’m a huge fan.”
