Simon Cowell Leaving American Idol?
The man partly responsible for American Idol’s huge success might be leaving the show for good. American Idol host Simon Cowell currently is working on three TV shows, two of which take place in England, causing him to make transatlantic flights up to four times a week.

On top of all the working and traveling, he also runs a music label and television production company, and is starting to wonder if he can keep the candle buring at both ends. Simon told UK’s Daily Mirror “I don’t want to come over as whiney, because I am very grateful that I have got these jobs, but there is a point where I am not sure we can keep this schedule up.” When asked which show would he drop first, Simon said, “I can’t imagine not doing Britain’s Got Talent, and I can’t imagine not doing X Factor,” he says. “I guess [my show in] America is more likely to go, because I have got one year [left on] contract. Maybe that will be the end.”
